PARIS: Gaumont has expanded its international sales and animation and licensing operations with a series of promotions and a new alliance.
– Mickie Steinmann has joined the Paris office as vice president of international television and home-video sales. Before Gaumont, Steinmann handled international sales for Fox Lorber Associates in New York.
– Xavier Blondaz-Gerard has been appointed licensing manager of Gaumont Multimedia.
– Gaumont Multimedia has formed an alliance with Carpe Diem International, a leading European sales promotion agency, which will be working with Gaumont on promotions for its film and television programs.
