Gallagher will oversee the creation of audiovisual materials for all live-action motion pictures. John Sabel to VP, creative print. Sabel will be in charge of designing and executing all creative print elements.

Laycheck’s duties will include managing creative services, post-production, trailer and video operations. Bryan Ellenburg to VP, post-production. Ellenburg will oversee all aspects of feature post-production for theatrical releases.

Lyrick Studios (Richardson, Texas, 972-390-6000): Sue Bristol to VP, marketing. Robert Boss to senior VP, with responsibility for overseeing worldwide operations, including warehousing, shipping and purchasing. Carla Lorenz Stock to VP, international. She will spearhead the distribution and promotion of Lyrick’s properties internationally.

Kaufman will represent merchandising and licensing of the company’s library of proprietary characters, its new original programming and third-party properties. Sarah Maizes joins as VP, development. Nelvana Communications is the programming and merchandise licensing subsidiary of Toronto-based animation and family entertainment studio, Nelvana Limited.

Nickelodeon (New York, New York, 212-258-7500): Debbie Back to VP, international program sales. Back is responsible for program, format and channel block sales in most of Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Jennifer Liang to director, international program sales. Liang is responsible for program, format and channel block sales in Latin America, Africa, Scandinavia, Canada, France and Spain. Crystal James to manager, international program sales. James is responsible for all contract administration. She will serve as the liaison to the legal department in managing rights, clearances and residuals for international sales.

Paramount Home Video (Hollywood, California, 213-956-5000): Andrew Balzer to brand manager. Balzer will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing programs for the Peanuts, Oz Kids, Corduroy, Star Trek and Showtime Comedy video lines.

Alltime Entertainment is a new development and executive production company focused on high-quality projects for children’s and family audiences. Backed financially by Power Television, Alltime will develop publishing-based or branded properties for the international marketplace.

BKN International (Paris, France, 33-1-53-77-2888): Leslie D. Nelson to senior VP, sales. Nelson is responsible for securing television and home video sales for all BKN International programs in all territories worldwide, excluding the U.S.
