Cartoon Network Europe (London, England, 44-171-478-1053): Brett Foraker is the new creative manager of the network’s U.K. feed. He will be responsible for the daily running of the channel, as well as for implementing creative.
Cartoon Network (Atlanta, Georgia, 404-885-2263): Sam Register has been promoted to VP of Cartoon Network Online. He was previously creative director for the division, and has overseen the development and launch of the network’s Web site.

Most recently, he served as senior VP of the product licensing and international television group at CTW. Nina B. Link is the new group president, publishing and new media. Graham Hopper is now VP of business planning for global merchandise licensing. He was formerly VP of financing for licensing in the U.S. Melissa Segal was promoted to VP, category management and business development within the global merchandising and licensing division. Previously, Segal was U.S. director and divisional merchandise manager for toys and sporting goods at Disney Licensing.
