Beyond Distribution (Sydney, Australia, 61-29-281-1266): Ellen Lovejoy has been named director of sales at the London office.

Children’s Television Workshop (New York, New York, 212-595-3456): Thea Feldman has been named group VP and GM of book publishing, Deborah Kenny has been promoted to group president of magazine publishing, and Anna Maria Cugliari was upped to senior VP of strategic marketing and brand management. Maura J. Regan joins as director of Asia licensing and Rob Madell was named group VP and GM of interactive technologies.

Ciné-Groupe (Montreal, Canada, 514-524-7567): Marie-Claude Beauchamp has been named VP of development.

Columbia TriStar Interactive (Culver City, California, 310-277-4000): Andrew Schneider has been named VP of programming.

Decode Entertainment (Toronto, Canada, 416-363-8034): Dominique Bazay has been named director of international sales responsible for Scandinavia, Spain, Portugal, Eastern Europe and South Africa, while Caroline Dorris has been promoted to international sales exec, handling Asia, Latin America, New Zealand and the Middle East.

Disney Channel (Burbank, California, 818-569-7500): Adam Bonnett has been named director of development, and Mary Sue Foard takes over as director of production.

Disney Consumer Products (Burbank, California, 818-567-5401): Peter Morris has been promoted to executive VP of licensing for Disney Consumer Products in Europe, and Robyn Miller has been named senior VP of global marketing and studio development.

DVD Express (Los Angeles, California, 323-465-1183): Paul Ramaker has been named VP of merchandising for the Internet video retailer.

Fox Family Channel (Los Angeles, California, 310-235-5100): Terry Holmstrom comes on-board as VP of promotions from a 14-year stint at Nickelodeon, most recently as director of promotions.

Fox Family Worldwide (Los Angeles, California, 310-235-5100): Donna Mitroff has been named senior VP of educational policies and program practices and Michael Hartounian has been appointed VP of business and legal affairs.

Fox Interactive (Los Angeles, California, 310-369-3900): Steven Bersch has been named president, succeeding Jon Richmond, who is now president of new digital media at Fox.

Granada Television: (Manchester, England, 44-161-832-7211): Anne Brogan has been appointed head of children’s international live action. Brogan was formerly head of drama at Disney International.

Hasbro (Pawtucket, Rhode Island, 401-431-8697): Carol Monroe has come on-board as a producer in the Hasbro Properties Group.

HBO (New York, New York, 212-512-1000): Axel de Torsiac has been appointed GM for HBO Brazil.

Just Entertainment (Derbyshire, England, 44-162-981-4994): Regis Brown joins the prodco as senior VP of international television and video. He will be based out of the L.A. office.

King World Productions (Los Angeles, California, 310-826-1108): Veronika Lineberry has been upped to VP of creative services, West Coast from director of on-air production.

Marvel Entertainment (New York, New York, 212-696-0808): Rick Ungar has been appointed president of the Marvel Characters Group. The new division will manage all business and marketing components in Marvel’s intellectual properties library.

NewKidCo (New York, New York, 212-581-1555): Paul Samulski has been appointed VP of product and creative development. He will be responsible for overseeing the design of console video game titles.

Nickelodeon (New York, New York, 212-258-7500): Pamela Kaufman has been promoted from VP to senior VP of promotions and marketing at Nickelodeon and Nick at Nite.

Paramount Television Group (Hollywood, California, 213-956-5000): Richard Yannich has been upped to VP of international operations from his previous post as executive director of international operations. He will oversee international distribution of the PTG library.

Pearson Television (London, England, 44-171-691-6000): Richard Eyre has been appointed CEO of the indie TV prodco.

PorchLight Entertainment (Los Angeles, California, 310-477-8400): Joe Broido joins the prodco as senior VP of filmed entertainment.

Saban Consumer Products (Los Angeles, California, 310-235-5100): Elie Dekel has been named president of Saban Consumer Products and Promotions.

Sony Pictures Consumer Products (Culver City, California, 310-244-7788): Mitch McDiffett has been promoted to senior VP of operations and new business development, and Lisa Storms has been upped to VP of international sales.

Sony Wonder (New York, New York, 212-833-8100): David Roofthooft joins the company as development executive, responsible for acquiring TV and home video properties.

Team Entertainment (Los Angeles, California, 310-442-3500): Sebastian Lentz has been named CEO of the newly formed production and distribution company Team Entertainment, Germany, based in Munich.

Twentieth Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising (Los Angeles, California, 310-369-1000): Peter Byrne heads up the new European office as VP and managing director of Twentieth Century Fox Licensing & Merchandising International. He will be based out of newly established London headquarters. Carl Lumbard has been upped to director of licensing in Europe, also responsible for South Africa and the Middle East. A new Canadian headquarters will be headed by Gary Krakower, who is director of licensing in Canada, and Sylvia Graham is the director of licensing for the Pacific Rim and Americas, based out of L.A.

United Media (New York, New York, 212-293-8500): Debra Fletcher has been promoted to VP of international licensing. Jennifer Buchanan has also been upped to VP of Peanuts worldwide.

Universal Pictures (Universal City, California, 818-777-1000): Rick Finkelstein has been upped to president of Universal Pictures. He will be in charge of worldwide business operations, strategic planning and home video. Finkelstein will also oversee Universal’s interest in United International Pictures and United Cinemas International and takes over some of the duties held by Brian Mulligan, former co-chair of the company.

UPN Network (Los Angeles, California, 310-575-7000): Michael Forman has been upped to senior VP of programming. He will be responsible for Disney’s One Too block, and for the development of reality shows and specials at the network.

Viacom Consumer Products (Hollywood, California, 213-956-5000): Charles Myers has been appointed to the new position of VP of project development and design. Gerry Kline has been named director of interactive at the company. Kline will oversee strategic planning, sales and promotions for the interactive and new media cateories in the film and television library.

Walt Disney International (Paris, France, 33-1-64-74-4000): Claus Gydesen has been named managing director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, based out of the Munich office, while Philippe Laco has become managing director for France and Benelux, based in the Paris office, and Umberto Virri has been appointed managing director for Italy and Greece, based in Milan. Laszlo Hubay Cebrian has been named managing director for Spain and Portugal, Stuart Warrener has been appointed managing director for Central and Eastern Europe and will be based out of London, and Mats Caneman has been named managing director for the nordic region, based out of Stockholm. Walt Disney International, Latin America has a slew of new appointments to man its four new territory offices. Diego Lerner helms the Argentina office, based in Buenos Aires. That office handles Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. Javier Irarrazaval will head up the Andean region, based in Chile, and will handle Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Colombia and Venezuala. Mauricio Sanudo will head the Mexico region, based in Mexico City and covering Mexico, Panama, Central America and the Caribbean. Enrico Rastelli will be in charge of the Brazil office, based in Sao Paulo. Additional appointments to Walt Disney International, Latin America include Craig Abolt who joins as senior VP of finance, Elizabeth Bohannon who comes on-board as VP of global licensing, Claudio Chiaromonte who joins as VP of business planning, Martin Iraola who comes on-board as VP of business operations, Simon Kenny who joins as executive VP of broadcasting, Jessica Knopf as director of publishing, and Laura Rama, who comes on-board as VP of marketing and brand development.

Walt Disney Records (Burbank, California, 818-973-4361): Renato Lopez has been upped to VP of Walt Disney Records, Latin America from his previous position as director of music and records at Disney Consumer Products.

Warner Bros. (Burbank, California, 818-954-6000): Bruce Rosenblum has been promoted to executive VP of television from his previous post as senior VP of television business management.

WonderGroup (Cincinnati, Ohio, 513-357-2950): Mary Fox has been named director of consumer insights for the youth market consulting group.
