From March 26 to May 1, Kmart will run an exclusive boys apparel program for Saban’s Power Rangers property. The program, which ties in with Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue, the seventh season for the PR franchise that begins on Fox Kids Network February 14, will encompass four lines: boys sets (Jamat), sleepwear (PCA & AME), T-shirts (Freeze Kids and Jamat) and underwear (Fruit of the Loom).

As part of the promotion, each item of clothing will come with one of four mini Power Rangers premiums attached, including a mini PW finger board from Bandai, with the T-shirts; a transforming toothbrush by MAS, with the boys sets; a mini activity book from Dalmation Press with the underwear; and a yo-yo by Bandai, with the sleepwear.

In the third week of March, Kmart will run ads in support of the Lightspeed apparel program in its monthly circular, which will be distributed in major dailies in the U.S., and it will feature in-store signage promoting the program in each of its locations.
