ABC Family Channel (Burbank, California, 818-560-1000): With the abrupt exit of ABC Family president Maureen Smith, who had been guiding the transformation of Fox Family Channel into Disney's newest on-air platform, Angela Shapiro has stepped up to fill the vacancy. In addition to overseeing ABC Family, Shapiro will continue to serve as president of ABC Daytime until a replacement for that remit can be found.
