4Kids Entertainment International (London, England, 44-208-871-2173): Gearing up for the international rollout of its first lineup of Fox Box shows like Kirby and the revamped Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, 4Kids is powering up its licensing team across the pond. Promoted from director of international licensing to commercial director, Helen Howells will manage licensing agent relations and oversee marketing and creative efforts. UK licensing director Richard Woolf will now handle a larger remit as European licensing director. Woolf will be aided by European marketing manager Jennifer Lawlor, who previously served as Pepper's Ghost Productions' international marketing manager. Ex-BKN licensing executive Louise Elkington steps in to fill the UK licensing director position, and 4Kids was shopping for a European licensing manager at press time.
