Kabillion scores new partners, lands prime-time exposure

Taffy Entertainment's just-launched broadband/VOD kids hub Kabillion has added more partners to its dance card. EM.TV takes a 22.5% stake, while Nui Water signs up as its first commercial sponsor and is slated to get a plug on NBC's top-rated Deal or No Deal tonight.
