Elmo giggles all the way to the podium – T.O.T.Y. award winners announced

At a gala ceremony on Saturday night that saw Star Wars creator George Lucas inducted into the Toy Industry Association Hall of Fame, the industry org also handed out its annual Toy of the Year Awards. The year's sensation T.M.X. Elmo garnered his fair share of accolades, scoring the coveted Toy of the Year and Infant/Preschool Toy of the Year honors.
