HIT acquires new girls property Rainbow Magic

It's been quiet on the acquisitions front of late, but London, England's HIT Entertainment is getting back into the game with Rainbow Magic. The girls publishing property is joining HIT's stable of preschool brands, and plans are in the works to create TV and consumer products spin-offs in the coming year.
