• San Francisco, California-based Gymboree Play & Music is getting into the preschool DVD market with The Very Brave Elephant and His Friends and Let's Get Moving! Trains, Cars and Planes (US$16.95 each); the titles hit retail on June 8.

• Universal Pictures International Entertainment has snapped up international DVD rights to the first 52 eps of CGI series Bernard from Spain's BRB Internacional.

• El Segundo, California's Mattel and REM Eyewear have just sent a new line of fashion-forward Barbie frames for girls three to 10 to US retail.

• Cartoon Network and Viz Media's joint online portal Toonami Jetstream (www.toonamiJetstream.com) has added Zatch Bell! to its lineup; the site launched in 2006.
