Nicktoons, Toon Boom looking for a few good toons

It's time for breakout animators to polish up their clips and fill out a few entry forms. Nicktoons and Frederator Studios have just put out a call for entries as they gear up to run the fourth annual Nicktoons Network Animation Festival.
