People moves: Nick Consumer Products promotes Halbout

Nickelodeon and Viacom Consumer Products has promoted Gregoire Halbout to the newly created position of VP of home video and publishing. Based in London, Halbout will report to both SVP Tanya Haider in New York and VP and MD of NVCP Europe Jean Philippe Randisi, who works out of London.
