4Kids Entertainment has bumped SVP Carlin C. West to the role of EVP of acquisitions and development. With the company for 12 years, West will utilize her extensive marketing, licensing, PR and brand-building experience to direct the upcoming launch of Chaotic, the company's multi-platform trading card game property.
