• New York-based Ragdoll US has named Too Cute! and Rasta Imposta as its newest licensees for Teletubbies. Too Cute! will introduce headwear, belts, wristbands, bags and backpacks with a modern-retro feel, while Rasta Imposta will debut a line of costumes in time for next Halloween.

• Microsoft is establishing a European office of Microsoft Game Studios that will focus on growing its game publishing activities in Europe and establishing closer contacts with the region's game development community. The office will be based in Reading, UK and headed up by Phil Spencer.
