The Disney Mix brand is expanding with the launch of the all-new Disney Mix Central, an online media store where parents can help their kids access their favourite Disney entertainment. Designed to complement Disney’s line of media players including the Mix Stick (MP3s) and the Mix Max (video and MP3), the new site (www.DisneyMixCentral.com) offers songs and music videos from Walt Disney Records and Hollywood records as well as Disney Channel podcasts.

Music from popular series including Hannah Montana, The Cheetah Girls and the soundtrack from High School Musical will all be available through the service. As well, seven new Disney Max video clips containing full-length movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean: Curse of the Black Pearl are headed online.

Songs are sticking to the iTunes-standard of US$.99 apiece, while full albums go for US$9.99. Pricing for the films has not yet been listed.
