People moves: CNE names new VP for Europe, the Middle East and Africa

Cartoon Network Enterprises has tapped Alan Fenwick as VP for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Fenwick joins CN from Warner Bros. Entertainment UK where he served as UK retail director since 2003.
