• Disney-ABC International Television and Telecom Italia have inked an agreement to offer the Disney's library of content on Alice Home TV, Telecom Italia's broadband TV service.

•Kabillion, Taffy Entertainment's multi-platform kids' program service, will debut I Got A Rocket! June 1st on both its Comcast cable VOD channel and broadband site. A 24-hour online sneak peek launches at www.kabillion.com on May 24 and on www.comcast.net on May 29.

• Trading card game biggie Wizards of the Coast has been awarded a US patent on its game-play design for constructible strategy games. The Hasbro subsidiary is releasing a Transformers 3-D battle-card game that uses this patent on June 2.

• Toyco Wild Republic is taking to TV advertising for the first time to promote its Steve Irwin Wildlife Adventure Series products. Set to air from June on, the 15- and 30-second ads for the Crocodile Hunter-inspired toy line will appear on Discovery Channel, TLC, Travel Chanel, Animal Planet and Discovery Health in the US.
