RC2 acquires Compass, expands reach in infant/toddler market

Oak Brook, Illinois-based toyco RC2 Corporation is delving further into the infant product market with its acquisition of Compass, a maker of infant and toddler travel gear. The move marks RC2's entrée into the category. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
