If you thought 85-year-old legendary comic creator Stan Lee was ready to head into well-deserved retirement, think again. In conjunction with his prodco POW! Entertainment, the father of Spider-Man has entered into a new first-look deal with entertainment giant Walt Disney Studios.
The terms of the agreement and a slate of potential projects have yet to be announced, but president of Disney Studios Motion Picture Production Oren Aviv says Lee has several movie ideas in the hopper and the plan is to start rolling out feature films. Interestingly, Bob Chapek, president of home entertainment at the studio, was instrumental in brokering the deal.
