Already familiar to Disney Channel viewers through its music videos, the Walt Disney Record-signed music group Imagination Movers has been tapped to star in its own preschool series slated to air on Playhouse Disney this fall.
Episodes of the show will feature band members from the New Orleans-based paternal rock and hip-hop quartet as they solve everyday problems peppered with music video-type performances. Walt Disney Records will also release an Imagination Movers album in October, followed by a studio album of songs from the series in 2008.
