As momentum builds for UK-based Chapman Entertainment’s key properties Fifi and the Flowertots and Roary the Racing Car, the company has promoted Val Fry to director of licensing and Caroline High to licensing manager.

Fry, who was previously head of licensing, will continue to direct the strategy and implementation of all licensing projects at Chapman, and is currently concentrating on securing international licensees for Roary, as the series is set to roll out globally in 2008.

Meanwhile, High is now managing the approvals team and liaising with master licensees for both brands.
