Nick inks deal with Plus Licens for Central Eastern Europe

Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products has entered into a multi-year agreement with Plus Licens which will now rep Nickelodeon's library including SpongeBob SquarePants and Dora the Explorer in Central Eastern Europe.
