People moves: Cookie Jar creates product design director post

Cookie Jar Entertainment has appointed Peter Wachtel to the newly created position of product design director. Based in L.A., Wachtel will develop and implement product plans for major Cookie Jar brands such as The Doodlebops, Magi-Nation and Caillou. He will provide design expertise for licensees and be responsible for creating new business opportunities for Cookie Jar properties.
