Frederator Films to fill 2-D animated feature void

Frederator Studios founder Fred Seibert and partners Kevin Kolde and Eric Gardner are launching a feature-film co with the stated goal of producing non-CGI animated films for less than US$20 million a pop. The three principals will act as producers on upstart Frederator Films' initial projects.
