Judge dismisses Bratz copyright case

A copyright infringement lawsuit brought against MGA Entertainment by Oceanside, California-based Art Attacks has been struck down. The plaintiff had alleged that MGA ripped off the idea for the multi-billion dollar Bratz doll line from Art Attacks' air brushed t-shirt characters.
