People moves: Curious adds Kliss to roster

New York City-based Curious Pictures has named former Starz Animation development executive Karina Kliss as its head of film and TV development. Kliss's responsibilities will include bolstering the animation studio's feature film presence by making inroads with filmmakers and content producers and broadening the animation studio's range of entertainment properties.

New York City-based Curious Pictures has named former Starz Animation development executive Karina Kliss as its head of film and TV development. Kliss’s responsibilities will include bolstering the animation studio’s feature film presence by making inroads with filmmakers and content producers and broadening the animation studio’s range of entertainment properties.

Prior to joining Starz, Kliss spent four years in production and development with Miramax Films. Currently, Curious Pictures produces preschool series Little Einsteins for Playhouse Disney.
