People moves: Spin Master picks up new creative director

Canadian toyco Spin Master has appointed award-winning exec David Rhodes as its new creative director. Rhodes will work on multi-platform advertising for the company's core brands, including Air Hogs, Bella Dancerella, and Moon Sand.
