Activision net revenues up 163%, licensed title sales strong
A quick glance at Activision's newly announced revenues and one thing is clear, the introduction of next-gen platforms such as Nintendo's Wii has been stoking game sales.The Santa Monica, California-based game publisher has announced a record 163% increase in net revenues for Q1, fiscal 2008. The company brought in US$495.5 million, compared to its US$188.1 million take in Q1 2007.
