Cookie Jar signs online deal with CinemaNow

Cookie Jar Entertainment has inked a download-to-own deal with CinemaNow. Starting this fall, more than 400 individual eps culled shows such as Johnny Test and The Adventures of Paddington Bear will be available for purchase at www.cinemanow.com.

Cookie Jar Entertainment has inked a download-to-own deal with CinemaNow. Starting this fall, more than 400 individual eps culled shows such as Johnny Test and The Adventures of Paddington Bear will be available for purchase at www.cinemanow.com.

This marks the first such US deal for Cookie Jar. Individual eps will cost US$1.99 apiece, and multiple instalments from the same season of a series can be burned to DVD for US$14.99.

CinemaNow currently offers more than 10,000 Hollywood movies and popular TV shows via several viewing models, including download-to-own, pay-per-view, burn-to-DVD or free streaming.
