Next stop, Australia. Continuing its world-travelling tour, Toronto, Canada-based Sinking Ship Entertainment and marblemedia Distribution’s This is Emily Yeung has been snapped up by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation.
ABC picked up 60 x six-minute episodes of the preschool series that features the irascible Emily as she explores new settings and occupations. Currently, Emily airs daily on Playhouse Disney in the US and Japan, and exclusively on Treehouse in Canada. The ABC deal puts the show in almost 80 countries.
The educational, live-action, preschool series is a follow-up to the popular This is Daniel Cook which also airs on ABC.
