People moves: Dumeau upped at NBC Universal

Laurent Dumeau has been appointed VP of commercial and network for EMEA at NBC Universal's international operations. The newly created position keeps Dumeau in Paris, where he'll take a leadership role in plotting NBC Universal's strategy to develop new channel businesses in new territories across EMEA.
