• Germany's ZDF has picked up 40 eps of Cookie Jar Entertainment's Emmy Award-winning Arthur and renewed its deal for 65 eps of Mona the Vampire.

• Santa Monica, California-based The Game Factory is launching Bratz Ponyz (US$29.99) for the Nintendo DS system at US retail on November 1. The game will be bundled with a shrink-wrapped Bratz Ponyz pink vinyl cartridge purse.
