Kabillion scares up Halloween programming

Taffy Entertainment's multi-platform kids portal Kabillion.com is sporting an avatar system along with Halloween-themed programming this month. The new avatar system will enable users to personalize their Kabillion experience, letting them create individual icons with unique facial features and a wide variety of clothing and accessories. For October, the spotlight is on creating Halloween-inspired looks.
