PPC Enterprises, the commercial division of the Picture Production Company Group, has signed a master toy deal for the Pinky & Perky revamp. Martin Yaffe has picked up pan-Euro rights to produce a series of figurines, playsets and plush toys under its Born to Play brand for spring 2009, following the launch of the CGI series on CBBC on BBC ONE this fall.

Turner Broadcasting has extended its deal with InterContinental Hotels Group to feature Cartoon Network in 63 Holiday Inn hotels throughout the UK, representing nearly half of the brand's 117 hotels. The agreement, which was first inked in 2003, will this year see a 15% increase in distribution over 2007. In addition to a Cartoon Network channel being shown in more than 11,000 rooms, kids will also receive Cartoon Network merch during their stay.

• On the heels of the successful Licensing Forum-Central & Eastern Europe Trade Fair held in Warsaw last month the 2009 edition of the fair has been confirmed for March 16, 17 at the Marriott Hotel in Prague. The 2010 LF-CEE will be held in Budapest, while preliminary plans are in place for the 2011 to be held in Kiev.
