The KidScreen family is happy to welcome a new member with the recent appointment of Sindy Preger to the post of publisher.

Preger will be drawing on her past media experience to further the brand’s business development and expansion. Just prior to joining KidScreen, Preger held the position of general sales manager at SUN TV, a Toronto-based channel owned by Quebecor Media. Before that she spent eight years at Alliance Atlantis, launching a number of specialty channels for the Canadian broadcaster.

The chance to once again super-serve a select niche audience was one of the draws for joining KidScreen, says Preger. ‘I have a renewed passion for kids entertainment since becoming a mother of twin boys three years ago,’ she says. ‘KidScreen also offers the opportunity to expand my experience beyond the Canadian media landscape to the international market.’
