European Licensing Company, which reps Warner Bros., Cartoon Network and Marvel in Eastern Europe, Russia and the CIS, has opened a new office in Bucharest, Romania, and relocated to larger premises in Moscow.
The firm made the moves in response to market demand. Co-founder and CEO Hakan Durdag sees the potential to grow the company’s business in the Romanian market from its newly established base, and to better serve and develop licensing in the Russian and CIS markets. ELC is also in the process of recruiting additional staff for its expanded Moscow office.
ELC now operates from four locations, including London and affiliate offices in Istanbul and Athens.
