Aardman opens new division

Bristol, UK-based Aardmans has restructured its marketing, licensing and international TV distribution departments to create a new division called Aardman Rights.

Bristol, UK-based Aardmans has restructured its marketing, licensing and international TV distribution departments to create a new division called Aardman Rights.

The new division is set up to market and sell Aardman content across all media and it will seek to expand its IP by repping third-party properties.

Sean Clarke is heading up the division; he previously led the marketing and licensing teams at Aardman.

His new department will consist of marketing and sales teams. Newly appointed Jennifer Burgos, is taking the role of head of marketing, while Alix Wiseman continues as head of sales for TV, DVD and new media. Additionally Rob Goodchild joins the licensing team.
