Disney Channels Worldwide has promoted Sean Cocchia to the role of SVP of business planning and development.
Cocchia most recently served as the group’s VP of business development and in his new role is charged with strategic oversight and business planning for Disney Channels Worldwide. He will also have a hand in evaluating new business opps, new channels and potential acquisitions.
Cocchia joined The Walt Disney Company in July 1998 as a senior analyst in Corporate Strategic Planning, focusing on the company’s international television and studio businesses.
