Coolabi has acquired the UK-based independent licensing agency Licensing By Design, IP owner of UK classics Bagpuss and The Clangers.

Coolabi has acquired the UK-based independent licensing agency Licensing By Design, IP owner of UK classics Bagpuss and The Clangers.

The slate of properties which Coolabi now has the licensing and merchandising rights to include Girl du Jour, The Burps, The Jasmine Factory and Lickle Ted as well as UK animation stalwarts Bagpuss, Ivor the Engine and The Clangers.

Terms of the deal were not released.
