TMS Entertainment, a co-producer of hit toon Bakugan, is working on its next series Live-On Card Live-R, Kakeru.
The manga-inspired show premiered in Japan earlier this month and the titles on which the series is based are currently being published in Poplar Publishing’s Monthly Pre-Comic BunBun. The stories take place in a world where a card game called Live-On becomes part of everyday life.
The initial plan is to produce a full 51 half-hour episodes for worldwide distribution with TMS mounting a complementary licensing and merchandising program.
