CBeebies and BBC Entertainment have signed an agreement that will see the two channels available to Cablevision subscribers in Mexico City and surrounding area.
CBeebies will be available on channel 302, with BBC Entertainment on channel 206. Both are now part of the cable operator’s Basico Digital package, which reaches almost 600,000 homes. Having launched in the Latin American market just three months ago, with a presence also in Central America, along with a partnership with Televisa Networks, the Beeb is now available in 38% of pay-TV homes across Mexico.
