The fourth quarter has certainly been a tough one for retailers, but it looks like that e-commerce has been the way to go for HIT Entertainment and Brand Performance, as the official HIT online store (www.hitshopusa.com) has increased its holiday sales for 2008 by more than 120% over 2007.

Brand Performance, the internet brand management company based in Erlanger, Kentucky and parent company of Ty’s Toy Box and All Aboard Toys, helped HIT build its online retail model through a site redesign, as well as creating an exclusive personalized apparel program for the licensor’s brands, including Thomas & Friends, Bob the Builder and Barney. The company also manages all technology, marketing, merchandise fulfillment and customer service for the online shop.
