A first-time licensing deal between toyco Wild Planet and activity giant Crayola will see a range of coloring and activity sets for kids four and up called Crayon Town launching at mass retail this fall.
The deal marks Wild Planet’s expansion into the activities category, as the products allow kids to create a whole town with 3-D structures that they can color and then build. Crayon Town (MSRP US$9.99-US$19.99) has five themed collections, including a horse ranch, neighborhood, airport, construction site and zoo, and each set includes Crayola crayons, a coloring mat, corrugate pop-up buildings and accessories.
