Izabella Wiley will be tacking on SVP duties to her current responsibilities as GM of MTV Networks Poland.

As part of her promotion, Wiley will manage MTVNI’s licensing biz in the Ukraine and Baltic region across all media platforms.

Wiley continues to report to Bhavneet Singh, MD and EVP of Emerging Markets at MTVNI, and will oversee the Polish division’s portfolio of multimedia channels, including Polish-language MTV, Nickelodeon, VH1, Comedy Central and VIVA channels, VOD web portal Switch2One, pan-European channels (MTV, VH1, VH1 Classic, Nickelodeon) and MTVNHD, MTVNI’s international HD service for music and kids.

Wiley hails from MTV Networks Poland, which she joined in 2000 and held a number of key positions, including business development and communications director in 2003, GM in 2005 and VP in 2007. She’s credited with increasing MTVNP’s share in thematic channels, seeing an average increase of 78% in the last three years. She also integrated the MTV and VIVA businesses in Poland, as well shepherded the launches of MTVNHD, Nickelodeon Poland and Switch2One.
