Pico Rivera, California-based Aurora World has brought on Michael Kessler as SVP of sales at the plush toy and gift company.
Kessler will oversee the 200-plus sales staff stationed across the US, Canada, and Central and South America, along with Aurora’s communications and marketing efforts, national sales and management meetings, product development and customer service.
He’s no stranger to the toy and gift world, having spent 20 years at Russ Berrie, where he also helmed the sales team as SVP, moving on to become VP & GM of L.A. Mart, a leading daily operations, leasing, marketing, event management and tenant relations.
