Little Charley Bear, the latest 26 x seven-minute CGI preschool series out of the HIT Entertainment gate, has found a home CBeebies where it will be making its broadcast debut later this year.

The co-production with Annix Studios has previously landed broadcast deals with SVT in Sweden and NRK in Norway.

HIT has also signed a raft of new broadcast agreements that will see a number of its series go to strip on broadcasters in other territories.

CBeebies has picked up the new CGI series of Bob the Builder for 2010, along with terrestrial broadcasters RAI in Italy and Super RTL in Germany.

Super RTL also snapped up the CGI version of Thomas & Friends to air in 2010, with both Thomas and Bob bowing on its Toggolino preschool slot. Stop-motion Bob, meanwhile, will be making his debut in Turkey, as series one through five gets set to launch on Kanal 1.

France 5 done some shopping via the HIT catalogue as well, taking licenses for Fireman Sam and the new CGI Angelina Ballerina, which will join its preschool block les ZousZous.

Fireman Sam, in his new CGI glory, will air in the Czech Republic on TV Barrandov this week and on RTE in Ireland later this year.

And Scandinavian audiences will be treated to Clay Play on Norway’s NRK, a new preschool show repped by HIT and produced by Israeli animation studio Smartoonz.
