The lamb from Shaun the Sheep’s flock has been busily attracting partners, as Aardman Rights has just signed a raft of licensing deals for the preschool property.
Golden Bear is on board to develop Timmy Time wooden toys in the UK, along with Cooneen Textiles (nightwear and underwear), DNC UK (tableware and drinkware), Character World (bedding), RJ Jarret (children’s footwear), Roy Lowe & Sons (children’s socks), William Lamb (children’s slippers and Wellingtons) and Danilo (cards and calendars).
And, to rep the little curious lamb in other territories, Aardman has brought on Super RTL for Germany, Kidz Entertainment for Scandinavia and Eastern Europe, Haven Licensing for Australia, and TF1 for France.
The 52 x 10-minute stop-motion animated series, which is currently in production, has been picked up by CBeebies, set to debut this year, and Disney Channels worldwide, including the US.
