Finding and managing new business opportunities is just part of Robert Mackenzie‘s remit as he steps into a new role as sales director for joint-venture channel KidsCo.
Mackenzie will report directly to MD Paul Robinson as he takes charge of driving ad and sponsorship revenue worldwide. He’ll put his 13 years of experience in the children’s and youth media sector to good use, as he comes to KidsCo where he’s previously worked in sales at BSkyB, head of sales online and interactive UK for Fox Kids and most recently, the senior management team at Webswappers, where he worked with the likes of Hasbro, Mattel, Warner Bros, Nick and Disney.
Currently, KidsCo is on the hunt for commercial partnerships that align with the company’s mandate of providing a safe and educational environment for kids.
