Kermit may be singing about the woes of being green, but Women in Children’s Media are saying it’s a lot easier these days.
Along with the Center for Communications, WiCM will present It is Easy Being Green at the New York Institute of Technology on March 26 at 6:30 p.m., where a panel of industry experts to discuss the eco-friendly movement in children’s products.
National Geographic Kids’ chief and creative strategy office Donna Friedman Meir will moderate the panel, which also includes Amy Tucker (Xeko Toys), Sonali Fry (Little Simon/Simon & Schuster), Liz Kronenberger (Good Eggs Studios/Elf Island) and Jean Margaret Smith (MTV Networks, Kids and Family Group).
